How we work
One company, two ways to build
Dhanashree Construction carries out building projects it initiates itself and projects undertaken for clients under a fee or contract arrangement. Both routes are handled by the same focused team, so the work stays centred on constructing buildings.
Whether the project is our own development or a commission for another party, we define scope, responsibilities, and the construction programme before work begins.
Site practice
Practical management on every site
Day-to-day jobsite management is handled directly. We coordinate the structural trades so that foundations, frames, and finishes follow in sequence, and we keep a realistic schedule that the site can actually meet.
Every building is delivered to applicable building standards and regulatory requirements. Our focus is on clear site control, sound construction methods, and steady progress from groundworks through to handover.
